What are credits?

Credits are the currency for generating content on Seedance. Each AI model costs a different number of credits. For example, a FLUX Schnell image costs 1 credit, a Seedream V4.5 image costs 8 credits, and a Seedance 2.0 video costs 25-50 credits depending on duration.

Can I use Seedance for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account gets 50 free credits to try all features. That is enough for 50 fast images, 8 HD images, or 1-2 short videos. No credit card required.

Question 3

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire and can be used anytime.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade immediately (prorated) or downgrade at the end of the period. Cancel anytime from your billing page. No cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Credits are automatically refunded if a generation fails or produces no output. For billing issues, contact product@zeplik.com and we will resolve it.

Do I get commercial usage rights?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All paid plans (Starter through Studio) include full commercial usage rights for everything you generate. Free tier outputs are for personal use only.

Are all AI models included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes access to all 30+ models at the same credit cost. There is no model gating. Premium features like priority queue, voice cloning, video editor, and concurrent generation limits vary by tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via Stripe. We also offer invoice billing on the Studio plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans are eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase if fewer than 150 credits have been used. Annual plans have a 7-day window with a 300-credit limit. Top-up credits are non-refundable. See our terms for full details.

How fast is generation?

Speed varies by model. Fast images (FLUX Schnell) take 2 seconds, HD images 5-10 seconds, and videos 45-120 seconds depending on the model and duration. Paid plans get priority queue access for faster processing.
